Terms of service
What it is
Pintoria creates 24-page PDF coloring books (one adventure per book) from the photos and names you upload. The drawings and the story are created with our own illustration process assisted by artificial intelligence: they may have imperfections and are not an exact portrait.
Price and payment
One-time payment, no subscription or renewal. You can buy one adventure or the Trio (3 adventures). The price is shown before you pay, with taxes included where they apply.
Delivery
Usually in under 15 minutes. You get the link on screen and by email. Each book is available until 30 days after the first book of your order is delivered and is then deleted automatically. We email you a few days before.
The Trio
The Trio includes 3 adventures. You choose the first when you buy and the other 2 from the delivery page, with one click and no new photos, up to 30 days after you receive the first book. An adventure counts as used when you order it and we start creating it. Unused adventures expire that day, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are not refundable one by one (except as stated under Refunds). The books are deleted that same day: order and download in time; the page shows you the date.
Another adventure with the same photos
If you bought one adventure, during the 48 hours after delivery you can buy another one with the same characters, at a price you will see before paying. It is a separate purchase, with its own payment and its own refund. To offer it, we keep the drawings of your characters (not the photos) for those 48 hours and then delete them; after that the offer ends and, for another adventure, you will need to upload the photos again.
Refunds
One adventure: full automatic refund up to 7 days after delivery, no questions asked, from the link in your receipt or your order page. Trio: the 7 days are counted from the delivery of the first book, and ordering more adventures does not restart them. If in that period you have only used the first adventure, we refund the whole Trio; if you already ordered others, we refund the ones you have not used, one third of the price for each. After 7 days there is no refund of the Trio or of unused adventures, which stay available until they expire. If a book has a serious defect (for example, a PDF that does not open or unreadable pages) or we cannot finish it, we remake it or automatically refund one third of the Trio (or the full payment, for one adventure), at any time while your order is active. When we refund, we cancel unused adventures and delete the characters, the photos and the book. This refund does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer in your country.
Your photos and your characters
You state that you are an adult and the parent or legal guardian of the minors shown, or that you have permission from them and from the adults shown. Photos are used only to create your book and are deleted as soon as the characters are ready, always within 24 hours. The character drawings are kept only so you can order another adventure without uploading photos (48 hours, or up to 30 days with the Trio) and you can delete them whenever you like with "Delete my characters": if you have unused Trio adventures, you keep them and order them by uploading the photos again.
Emails
We email you the receipt, the delivery link and reminders about your order, such as the deletion date and unused Trio adventures. Up to three of those emails may also include an offer for similar adventures; each one has a link to stop receiving offers.
Content not allowed
We do not accept photos of people without their permission, sexual or violent content, content that harms others, or themes using protected brands or characters. We may refuse an order and refund it.
Use of the book
The book is for personal and family use: you can print it as often as you like. You may not resell it.
